You can expect a reply within 24 hours of the library having received the question Monday through Friday. Questions submitted after 4:00 p.m. on a weekday may not be answered until the next morning. Questions asked after 4:00 p.m. on Fridays or on the weekend may not be answered until the next business day (typically Monday morning).
If you need more immediate service or have a more involved query, please either come to the library's Reference Desk or contact us at 763-424-0734.
We're also going to be piloting a new chat reference service with Meebo (see box below). When a librarian is at the Reference Desk and available to chat, the box will indicate "The Librarian is online." Feel free to send us your questions, comments, etc. |
