Students who meet the following conditions may charge textbooks and basic supplies against incoming aid or payment plan arrangements:
- Financial Aid recipients whos aid is in excess of tuition and fee obligation. You may charge books only after receiving your annual award letter (this includes completing the loan application process if you plan to accept the loan). If using financial aid, you can only charge within the posted deadline dates.
- Veterans receiving Veteran Benefits. After you have applied for veterans benefits, obtain your book charge form from the VA Certifying Official.
- Third Party fund recipients. You must have your third party provider send all information to the accounting and fees office (424-0718). Before you visit the bookstore, you should check accounting and fees to make sure your account is in order as it sometimes takes a few days to set up an account.
- Students who make payment plan arrangements through e-Cashier. You may charge books only after completing the e-Cashier payment plan arrangements for the term.
