Return Policy

Textbook Returns

• Original cashier receipts are required.
• Your NHCC Student Photo ID is required.
• New books and packaged items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Items not returned in their original condition will be assessed a fee or may not be returnable.
• Returns are refunded in the same manner as payment was made. For example, books purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the credit card; books charged with financial aid will be credited back to the student's account.

General Merchandise Returns

With some exceptions, general merchandise (other than textbooks) may be returned within 30 days of purchase date:

• Original cashier receipts are required.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Some items are not returnable and include:

• Candy, food or other consumables.
• Electronics - includes iPod, recorders, calculators, etc.
• School supplies and Art supplies.

Returns are refunded in the same manner as payment was made.  

Defective items will be replaced with exact same merchandise or at the discretion of the manager a similar item may be substituted or you may be refunded.
