On-Campus Student Employment
On-campus student employment
is managed by the Financial Aid Office and is reserved for students who are work-study eligible. To be work-study eligible, you must have a complete financial aid file and show financial need.
The starting wage is $8.00 per hour. Maintenance positions start at $8.50 per hour. While working on campus, during periods in which you are enrolled at least half time, you are exempt from the 7.65% social security (FICA) deduction required of non-campus employers.
On-Campus Internships
On-campus internships may be available depending upon the need or funding of a particular department. Current internships include:

- Candidates must be in a graduate or undergraduate program that requires the internship component for graduation

are from area employers and provide opportunities for students and/or alumni. The Career Resource Center manages the off-campus listings and also provides support for students seeking off-campus employment. |
